CHRI's Maja Daruwala, Madhurima Dhanuka and Raja Bagga will be speaking at the 3rd National Convention on Prisoners’ Rights, Legal Aid on 19th-20th March, 2016. The consultation is jointly organized by Human Rights Law Network (HRLN), Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative (CHRI), Tata Institute for Social Sciences (TISS), International Bridges of Justice India (IBJINDIA) and Multiple Action Research Group (MARG) that will bring together 100 lawyers, activists and academics from across India for two days to review current practices and produce specific recommendations to accelerate the process of reform and form a network for carrying the recommendations forward to the next stage.
