These workshops took place in the Greater Accra, Bono, Western, and Ashanti regions in June. The workshop sought to increase education on the importance of Community Service Sentencing in Ghana’s justice delivery system and urged them to build up conversations around the ongoing process towards the passage of the bill. Some of the participants were from the Attorney General’s Department, Judicial Service, CHRAJ, Ghana Police Service, Ghana Prisons Service, Legal Aid Commission, Traditional and Religious Groups, Identifiable Groups, the Media, and some others.
