The Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative (CHRI) conducted a Training of Trainers (ToT) on using the Virtual Police Station (VPS). This session was conducted for trainers and faculty at the North East Police Academy (NEPA), from 15-16 December. This was the first ToT conducted by CHRI at NEPA. The North East region of India includes seven states and NEPA handles a significant part of police training for all of these states.
