CHRI’s Note to assist the Supreme Court constituted ‘High Powered Committee’ for release of prisoners amid COVID-19

With the endeavour to assist the state governments and prison departments, this note is prepared by CHRI to assist the high powered committees set up in each state/UT by the Hon’ble Supreme Court “to determine which class of prisoners can be released on parole or on interim bail for such period as may be thought appropriate.”
