JAIL MAIL: Beyond Prison Walls – Conversation on Prisoners’ Rights

CHRI, in collaboration with Tihar Prisons, Bureau of Police Research & Development and Delhi School of Social Work,  organized a one-day seminar, ‘Beyond Prison Walls – Conversation on Prisoners’ Rights’ for prison inmates to freely interact with the justice system functionaries.  On World Social Justice Day, CHRI has prepared this jail mail to share the report of this one of its kind event which which brought together inmates, functionaries, civil society organisations, media, academic institutions and students.
