Legal Aid & Children

Every child confined in a child care institution has a right to access free legal aid, regardless of being a child in conflict with law or in need of care and protection. This poster provides in a simple manner basic information on accessing legal aid by children. It promotes the creation of awareness among the child and his family members regarding the legal aid framework operating to protect him/ her and navigating the juvenile justice system.
