Legal Aid Services : In Correctional Homes Of West Bengal 2015

The study looks at the implementation of various NALSA & SLSA directives for ensuring access to legal aid services in correctional homes. The study examines the responses received from 39 correctional homes in West Bengal and provides an account of the legal aid services available at correctional homes in each of the 20 districts of West Bengal. The study calls for greater compliance of directives & schemes and also puts forth practical recommendations in order to ensure effective access to legal aid services in correctional homes.
