Memorandum on the Ghana RTI Bill, 2018 to the Joint Committee of Constitutional, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs and Communications
Ghana recently introduced the Right to Information Bill, 2018. The Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative (CHRI) has submitted a Memorandum on the Bill to the Joint Committee of Constitutional, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs and Communications in Ghana. CHRI’s Head of Africa Office based in Accra who serves as the Vice Chair of the RTI Coalition in Ghana have also contributed in the memorandum.
