With the rising spread of the pandemic COVID-19, CHRI has prepared detailed guidelines to assist police departments in enforcing the lockdown within the Constitutional framework. CHRI has identified 54 actionable measures / guidelines to be included in the Lockdown Management Plan. This document provides a summary of these measures.
