The report analyses the functioning of UTRCs from 1st April to 30th June 2020 across India based on the information provided by the State Legal Services Authorities (SLSAs) on their district-wise UTRC meetings and minutes of UTRC meetings of 58 districts spread across 15 states. The report also documents good practices and concerns in the working of UTRCs.
